Everything here is free to use, with no account and no registration. You may use the figures the tools produce for your own purposes, including commercial ones. You may not republish the site wholesale or present its content as your own.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. Considerable care has gone into the arithmetic and the constants behind it, and the method is published at how the numbers work so it can be checked — but no warranty is given that any figure is accurate, current, or fit for any particular purpose.

Live prices come from third-party feeds. They may be delayed, wrong, or unavailable, and they are indicative market prices rather than a quote from any dealer.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is an appraisal, a valuation, a certification, an offer to buy or sell, or advice about whether to do either. Decisions about your property are yours. Where the amounts matter, get an opinion from a qualified appraiser who is not also offering to buy the item.
